Back to school, back to work, back to routines?
For some, yes, for others, it’s time to retire and that’s what I’ll be doing, come November.
After five challenging and rewarding years being President of the IDA, it’s time for me to ‘pass the torch’. Before doing so, it’s my goal to keep this organization vibrant and buoyant, too. You may have noticed that our AGM is later than normal. That was by design: We wanted to create space for the Municipal Candidates debate and explore opportunities for new members to join our Board.
As the IDA moves into its fifth decade of serving this community, we are looking for bright, fresh ideas on how best to continue to do, well, everything and more!
